~ I like Batman! Yay! Especially the DCAU and the Tim Burton version. And since I enjoy ponies too, I can't resist the terrible urge to draw crossovers. ALL the crossovers.

He's the Music Meister from Batman: The Brave and the Bold, voiced by Neil Patrick Harris. Basically, he's a villain who can control people with his singing, and forces them to partake in musical numbers. If that doesn't sound awesome to you, I don't know what to tell you! It's definitely one of the silliest and best episodes of the entire show, highly recommendable.
